with them to offer assistance. The invitation
won't be blocked by a pop-up killer. Clients can
also request help from a staff member. It supports
real-time text chat and optional video chat. Chats
can be transferred from one staff member to
another, and a Canned Answers Agent has predefined
answers to serve clients more efficiently and
eliminate typing of repetitive answers.
